Tier 1

Finish Direction

$600/unit

A cohesive finish palette and theme so you can source and install it yourself.

Turnaround: 5 to 7 business days

Actual product selections for your budget, using your suppliers or ours, with a full spec sheet.

  • Selections spec sheet with product details, finishes, and supplier contacts
  • One round of revisions

Full selections plus ongoing coordination and site visits, so the project stays on track.

Turnaround: 10 to 14 business days, plus ongoing support

  • In-depth budget analysis and allocation recommendations
  • Supplier coordination for ordering timelines and confirmations
  • Two site visits during construction
  • Ongoing support through the build, with adjustments as needed
  • Final "as-installed" selections package for your records

Small additions that round out a project, priced simply.

  • Additional mood board or palette option $150 to $250
  • 3D renderings of a key space $250 to $350 per space
  • Physical sample board or mailed sample kit $250 to $350
  • Kitchen layout refinement $350 to $500
  • Bathroom layout refinement $250 to $350
  • Additional site visit $250 each
  • On-site selection day $500 per day
  • Order coordination $300 to $500
  • Supplier meeting attendance $150 per hour

Additional revisions beyond what's included: $150 per hour, or $250 per revision round. Rush service: add 25% to the package fee.
